End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the internal invoicing automation tool (“the App”) developed by Flipsu Health Inc. (“Flipsu Health”).
Scope
The App is developed for, and used exclusively by, Flipsu Health Inc. to automate creation of invoices in Flipsu Health’s own QuickBooks Online company. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to any other individual, business, or organization.
License
Flipsu Health Inc. retains all rights to the App. No license is granted to any third party.
No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranty of any kind. Flipsu Health Inc. is responsible for verifying the accuracy of any records the App creates in its QuickBooks Online account.

This application (“the App”) is an internal tool built and used exclusively by Flipsu Health Inc. (“Flipsu Health”, “we”, “us”) to automate the creation of invoices in our own QuickBooks Online company account. The App is not distributed to, or used by, any other business or individual.
What data the App accesses
The App connects to a single QuickBooks Online company (Flipsu Health Inc.’s own account) via the Intuit API. It reads and writes standard accounting data within that company only, including:
- Customer names and records
- Invoice records (line items, amounts, dates, tax, terms)
- File attachments (PDF copies of invoices)
How data is used
Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used solely to create and verify invoice records within the same QuickBooks Online company. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond Flipsu Health’s own internal bookkeeping.
Data storage
OAuth credentials (tokens) used to connect to QuickBooks Online are stored locally and used only to authenticate the App’s requests to Intuit’s API. No customer or financial data is stored outside of QuickBooks Online itself.
